i was really charmed by this hotel. the rooms have good views of the fountains. downtown is also visible in the distance. it's beneficial that it is connected to the mall (this helps avoid summer heat). i found it convenient to pop out to get some supplies.
i found the gym a bit lacking. it could benefit from newer equipment and a wider selection of machines. i also wished there were longer opening hours.

The breakfast buffet was excellent! There was a very diverse range of food. The team was helpful. The room was spacious! It had everything I needed. The view was wonderful with the creek and skyline visible from the bed. The restaurant staff was amazing! Saif provided great choices and really good hospitality. The food variety was excellent, including the dessert menu.

I appreciated the hotel staff's dedication. They promptly addressed my request for a nespresso machine (it was a nice touch!). the pool staff ensured ample shade and provided plenty of water. the food's quality was excellent, and the presentation was carefully maintained, which i noticed and liked.
the breakfast was not well organized, which affected my experience. i requested a continental breakfast for my room due to an early departure (i had already paid for it), but this proved complicated. it required multiple phone calls and a reception visit to arrange, inconvenient.

My room was a King Room Burj Khalifa View, providing fine views and ample space. The hotel's proximity to the airport made travel easy. I appreciated the variety and quality of food offered. There was something for everyone. Concierge service provided assistance. It was quick and efficient.
I found noise from nearby events to be disruptive . Music continued late into the night, impacting sleep quality.

The location had direct access to the festival city mall. this made shopping and dining very convenient. poolside staff including skindiar, tonnin, and joseph maintained a safe and enjoyable pool area. They professionally enforced hotel rules. the hotel offers views of the canal.
I encountered a slight delay waiting for the elevator. It was temporarily out of service.
